When I was in Middle school, my classmates would very often call me a tomboy and constantly make fun of me.

 

 

 

My name is Sara, I am 17.

 

 

 

And just because I didn't fit in a society that wants girls to practise dance and ballet, care about makeup and fashion, I was made fun of. A ponytail, a dirty backpack, watching cartoons, some nerd glasses, just a 12yearold girl who dreamt big. And I still do. I dream of a world where we are all equal, boys and girls, women and men as children and adults. A world where you can be a boy and a ballerina, a soccer player and a girl.
